Ann is a highly adaptable and creative engineering professional who has a breadth of industry experience in many sectors including: academic, cosmetic, metal finishing, pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer products. She has a strong passion around compliance and process.  Ann’s current mission is to promote a healthy planet and healthy people by supporting projects related to Environmental Compliance and Sustainability and to create spaces and opportunities that promote human wellness through exercise, team building, and mindfulness. Ann is honest, considerate, and dependable. She cares deeply for others and is committed to sustainable and ethical business practices.

 Summary of Experience:

  • ·Over 20 years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety with a focus on Recycling, Reuse, and Sustainability programs.

  • Maintains compliance excellence with all applicable Local, State, and Federal environmental and safety regulatory obligations.

  • Implemented environmental committees and zero landfill waste programs for several sites.

  • Created tools for ranking and conducting Job Hazard Assessments as well as Environmental Impact Assessments.

  • Conducted compliance and ISO14001 audits for Environmental, Health and Safety programs for warehouses, manufacturing, and areas.

After many years in industry, Ann has decided to start a small consulting firm with a focus on Environmental Compliance and Sustainability. Also, Ann is very interested in wellness activities such as yoga, meditation, hiking, gardening, and nutrition. Ann is planning to raise chickens; hence, the name of the company, Kura (it means hen in the Polish language).

She resides in beautiful Hunterdon County, New Jersey with her husband, Marek and her silly orange cat, Simba.
